About Us: Oahu Pain Care is a premiere interventional pain medical practice. We focus on patients suffering from spine related pain conditions, especially those suffering from painful spine compression fractures or prior spine surgeries. Oahu Pain Care is a comprehensive pain management clinic providing care for patients in the state of Hawaii. We pride ourselves in having a professional, experienced team of certified health care specialist who attend to patients in a compassionate low-stress environment.
We work closely with other specialists including primary care physicians, neurologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, psychologists and physical therapists to optimally coordinate the care of our patients.
We believe our patients deserve to have the pertinent information needed to make good choices about their pain and appropriate care. Our goal is to educate each patient and begin a relevant treatment program with the highest quality of care available. We work together to find the answers that will comfort you and bring you relief.

We participate with the following insurances: Aetna, Auto Accident, Cigna, Desert Mutual Benefits, HMAA, HMSA, Hygeia, MDX, Medicare, Medicare Advantage Programs (HMSA Akamai Advantage, Ohana Care and others), Tricare, UHA, UHC and other commercial and union insurance plans. We participate with Worker’s Compensation if prior authorization has been approved. We do NOT participate with AlohaCare, HMA or out of state work compensation carriers.
